1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Shield Alarm LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 6438 Amber Oak, San Antonio, TX 78249, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Shield Alarm LLC provides security system installation, monitoring, maintenance, and related low-voltage solutions including but not limited to alarm systems, security cameras, access control systems, audio/video solutions, and data/network cabling. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.

3. Service Agreements

Individual service installations and monitoring services may be governed by separate service agreements that supplement these Terms. In the event of a conflict between a separate service agreement and these Terms, the service agreement shall prevail for the specific service in question.

4. Pricing & Payment

All pricing is provided via individual quotes and proposals. Prices may vary based on the scope of work, equipment selected, and property requirements. Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice.

5. Installation & Warranties

All installations are performed by licensed technicians. We warrant our workmanship for a period specified in your service agreement. Equipment warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party modifications, power surges, natural disasters, or misuse of equipment.

6. Monitoring Services

If you subscribe to our monitoring services, you acknowledge that: (a) monitoring requires a functional communication path (internet, cellular, or phone line); (b) we will dispatch emergency services when deemed appropriate; (c) response times of emergency services are beyond our control; (d) monitoring services are subject to the terms of your monitoring agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Shield Alarm LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or loss of any kind. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Shield Alarm LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
